Since 1987 Catalina Island has hosted one of the most respected and recognized music festivals, The Catalina Island JazzTrax Festival. Founded by Art Good, The Catalina Island JazzTrax Festival has been attended by audiences from all of the United states as well as a few foreign countries. A Smooth & Funky Christmas returns to Bethesda Blues and Jazz with a brand new show and three new guest artists!

The line-up for this event consists of multiple Billboard-charting artists with current airplay on the XM Sirius smooth jazz channel Watercolors. The instrumentation for the Christmas show is designed to engage and entice, provide dynamics, and allow for a truly unique musical experience. The All-Stars for this event are Willie Bradley on Trumpet, David Bach on Piano, Drew Davidsen on Guitar, Elliot Levine on Hammond organ and synthesizer, the triple-sax attack of Rob Maletick, Eddie Baccus, Jr., and Danny Kusz; Swiss Chris on drums, and Curtis McCain and Jesus Gonzalez on percussion. And making her debut at BBJ is guest vocalist Lindsey Webster.

These talented artists will charm and fascinate the audience with musical abilities that are beyond compare.
